We’re already on our way! (Just kidding.) Our crews are available to start working on your residence right away, but first, we’ll agree to a contract that explains what we are going to do, how much it will cost, how long it will take, and all of the other details that go into a construction project. If we could, we’d start work after a firm handshake, but a signed contract ensures that we’re both committed to the job.

Since every project is different, the cost of every project is different. For large projects, we’ll establish a budget as part of your contract. We won’t start work until you approve the cost and scope of the work. Similarly, if something unexpected happens during the project that will require extra money or time, we’ll thoroughly explain it to you and get your sign-off before moving forward.

If we’re coming over to fix a broken light switch or unclog a drain, you can pay us when the job is done. Your contract for a larger or more complex job will include a payment schedule that will need to be met throughout the construction process. Since the budget for every job is different, we’ll be able to provide more details about payment when we learn about your project.
